To Whom It May Concern:
I recently moved into my house with the
knowledge that my basement needed waterproofing. What I
didn’t know was that there were more than enough people
that would be willing to come out and look at the problem
for five minutes and then throw out a dollar figure. Although,
every company had their idea of how to fix the problem,
no one really seemed to take the time to explain it to me.
I found myself waiting upstairs until the salesman cam back,
and reported the obvious with a dollar figure.
This was until I was referred to USA Waterproofing.
The salesman, Chris Viviano, explained the entire process
to me. He pointed out cracks in the wall and floor, and
how they effected the foundation, or if they did at all.
He took time to walk around the house with me explaining
more than just the “quick fix”. I was very pleased
with his presentation and the time he put into it explaining
the several options I had to fix the problem. With a level
of comfort found nowhere else, I choose USA Waterproofing.
The level of professionalism didn’t
stop at the salesman either. I had two men, Joe and Bill,
show up to begin the waterproofing. Joe, the foreman, explained
everything again to me. He told me step by step what to
expect. Every time I went into the basement to see what
was going on, Joe was more than happy to answer any questions
and explain to me exactly what he was doing. He answered
all of my questions and addressed my concerns. To me, that
means a lot!! I want to know that I can ask questions all
the way through and not feel like I am causing problems
or getting in the way. The entire project took only two
days to complete.
A competitor to USA Waterproofing was also
doing some work at the same time at another house down the
street. When the City Inspector came to check the work done,
it made me even more confident in with my decision when
my neighbor’s house didn’t pass. Nobody likes
to spend the money on waterproofing, but it has to be done.
USA Waterproofing exceeded my expectations from start to
finish. With the lifetime warranty, why choose anybody else.
